Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dozzy mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Dozzy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these terms. If you are using Dozzy on behalf of a family member, you are responsible for their compliance with these terms.

2. Description of Service

Dozzy is a health management application providing:

• Medication tracking with smart reminders for 11 medication types
• Health measurement monitoring (blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, and more)
• Daily activity and habit tracking with 17 activity types
• Family sharing for managing health tracking across family members
• Compliance reports and health insights

Dozzy requires an active internet connection for core functionality, as all data is stored in the cloud. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app may not be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

3. User Accounts

A Dozzy account is required to use the app. You can sign in using Google or Apple Sign-In. By creating an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate information during sign-in
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all health data, medication records, and other content you enter into Dozzy. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services. We will never sell or share your health data with third parties.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Dozzy to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the app's operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

6. Subscription and Payments

Dozzy offers both free and premium tiers:

• Free tier: Track up to 3 items (medications, measurements, or activities)
• Premium: Unlimited items, family sharing, AI medication scan, compliance reports
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies

7. Intellectual Property

Dozzy and its technology, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our software, trademarks, or proprietary content without our written permission.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Dozzy is a health management tool designed to help you track medications, measurements, and activities. It is not a medical device and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not rely solely on Dozzy for critical medication timing or health monitoring.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dozzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your specific requirements. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the reliability of all reminders and notifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dozzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, health outcomes, or intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Dozzy at any time for violations of these terms or prolonged inactivity (2+ years). You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of Dozzy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
